Welcome! This guide will help you get through most of the questions you may have during the first 48 hours here at Trinity Gaming.
First things first: It is critical to our relationship that we have your correct email address on file. If you signed up and did not receive an email from us, please check that you did not block us as spam, and that we have your proper email address on file. If you suspect an email problem, please contact us.
Your email address is also your support center login. You can login to the Support Ticket System from the link on the main page of our website.
If we do not have your correct email address on file, we can not email to tell you your server details or login information. Please make sure this information is correct. If any doubt, let us know.
The Support Ticket System is your gateway to all services and support. Please go ahead and login and have a look around. Please open a support ticket for any services or support that you need from us. If in doubt, open a ticket.
Please keep tickets to one-item-per ticket.
Please open a new ticket for each new item.
Sometimes, server and service administration is a challenging task and our goal is to help you with any obstacles in your path and to assist you in easy server administration.
Our responsibility is to deliver quality service, support, and infrastructure, including hardware, software, security, and management tools to act as your guardian angel to ensure a positive experience.
Your responsibility is to configure your server to your liking -- we aren't server micro-managers -- we're here to make sure your server's hardware and network are humming along.
All we ask is for you to become familiar with the Trinity approach, practice and use our support ticket system, and handle your own day-to-day game server administration, configuration, and management.
We are here to assist you in managing your services. If you need help, our administrators are always available.

This is the workflow of a Trinity Gaming new service entry:
Order & Payment
If you are a new customer and signed up through any of our order pages, you should have completed the order and payment process already. This process will result in a confirmation email to you.
In the event that you were not able to order any add-ons or additional services at time of initial order, you may do this at any time by opening a support ticket using our support ticket system.
Email Confirmation
Our system will generate a confirmation email to you. If you do not receive this email, please tell us.
Ticket Installation Order
After your order is reviewed and approved, we will enter an installation ticket for your services. In this ticket we will list our standard installation scheduling information or any nonstandard conditions which may affect your order.
Collection of Additional Information
If we need any additional information to complete your order, we will ask for this information via a support ticket.
Installation Confirmation
After your server is installed, the installer will update the installation ticket with the server's information, and then mark the ticket for closure. The ticket entry will generate an email to you, and then the ticket will be in storage for you to lookup at any time in the future. This is where we keep your server information -- if you ever lose it, you can just view your closed tickets to retrieve the information.
How long does it take?
Almost all new services are installed within 1 business day, depending on our current load and time of day the server was ordered.
