Our billing system is designed to interact with your desired payment type for every invoice. It is important that our system "know" about your payments so that they do not get lost and are properly applied to your account.

Please avoid making payments "in the blind" to us outside of our billing system -- if you do need to do this, please open a support ticket to advise us.

Payment instructions for PayPal are included inside every invoice we send you by email, and is also viewable on our Customer Care/Support Ticket system.
