Trinity games has the best support of any company i've ever gone through. They are willing to work through whatever problems you have and you'd be doing yourself a service by getting hosting through them

I've been a customer of trinity's for about 3.5 months now, almost since bf2 was released. Any issues I have had {mostly caused by a buggy bf2cc) were addressed almost immediately, I think the longest period I had to wait for a resolution to a problem was about 2 hours, typically its less than 20 minutes.

I have had nothing but great support from Trinity. In fact I left a different Game Server Provider after having bad support and service. I can think of no reason not to recommend Trinity Gaming to someone.

I've hosted servers for multiple games (AA, BFV, BF2, Etc...) with multiple companies and Trinity has been the best hands down. Anytime i've had issues they've taken care of me in a VERY timely fashion.

Trinity Gaming has by far the best GSP support. I currently deal with two hosts for MOHPA and BF2, I cant wait to switch them all to trinity.
Because of the quality of their support I will also be upgrading and / or adding a server for BF and will be getting our COD2 server through them as well..

I use Trinity Games for my BF2 Ranked server and I will tell you this...The response time on support tickets is blazing, the servers are lag-free, and despite the large number of clients they have, you will always be treated with very personalized service. No 'cookie-cutter' automated responses. I am thrilled with the overall service, quality, and price of Trinity Games servers. I suggest you re-consider your choices!

The rare times I have been forced to make tech support tickets, they have been answered, and the problem has been cleared up or the Server Patched, within 24 hours. Over and above thier tech support system, they provide thier forums. Many questions, on various Server Admin questions are answered there, along with tips on running your new Server.

If you can find a better provider than TrinityGaming.net....

I have been with Trinity since its beginning. Absolutely 0 complaints. Excellent company and highly recommend.

We have over 15 servers with Trinity world wide. Our servers are Spearhead, BattleField2, CounterStrike source, and Pacific Assault. We are so pleased with their promt and curtious service, that we have pre ordered a COD2 server 2 Months in Advance.
